The CLF story is your story!<\/h2>\n

Member Impact<\/a> has been a cornerstone of the CLF Newsletter for the past four years. Over this time, nearly 200 members of the CLF network have shared their stories of sustainability and embodied carbon leadership. We’ve heard from individuals who discovered their passion for sustainability through lifelong environmental stewardship, as well as newcomers who found themselves in embodied carbon positions with little prior expertise. Despite the diverse backgrounds, one common thread always emerges – a genuine optimism for change, growth, and a shared excitement for reducing embodied carbon in the built environment.<\/p>\n

In the four years since we first launched the Member Impact segment, our network has experienced explosive growth. Since the inaugural newsletter in June 2020, we’ve gained over 2000 additional subscribers, our LinkedIn following has surpassed 10k,

Meghan Byrne<\/p><\/div> and our online community has grown by nearly 3000 members. These numbers not only reflect the increasing awareness of embodied carbon but also underscore the pivotal role that CLF and our network have played in driving this awareness forward.<\/p>\n

As we recognize this growth, we acknowledge that we’ve only scratched the surface of our network’s potential. That’s why we’re excited to announce a new direction for Member Impact. We’re inviting you, our valued network, to nominate the embodied carbon leaders you know. Whether it’s a close coworker, a contributor to a groundbreaking resource, an up-and-coming colleague, a dedicated student intern, or even yourself, we want to hear about those who are making significant contributions to this vital work.<\/p>\n

Starting this month, we invite you to fill out a quick form to help us connect with more members of our network. Your nominations will play a crucial role in amplifying the voices and achievements of those driving progress in embodied carbon reduction.<\/p>\n
