The guide was created by <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stopwaste.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">StopWaste<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arup.com\/expertise\/services\/technical-consulting\/materials\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Arup<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> as part of their involvement with the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ellenmacarthurfoundation.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ellen MacArthur Foundation (EMF).<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The guide focuses on two goals for each of the four scales addressed, including (1) community, (2) building, (3) building component, and (4) material. Each goal includes strategies, potential government actions, and real-life examples to provide a quick pathway to action for local policymakers.
