the real estate audience, makes the business case for reducing embodied carbon, and proposes potential strategies and pathways for a building developer to reduce embodied carbon.\u00a0 The report also provides several case studies of low-carbon buildings, and tools and resources that developers can explore.<\/p>\n<p>It is not too early for the real estate community to begin reducing embodied carbon
