los Hans Rosling Population Health Facility (PHF) is a nine-story, 390,000 gross square foot building at the University of Washington (UW). The project team asked the CLF to determine if the designed building could meet the requirements of LEED’s whole building life cycle assessment (WBLCA) credit. The CLF compared the as-built designed building with a benchmark proxy building and found that yes, the as-built building did meet the requirements for the WBLCA credit, justifying the LEED points that the project team was pursuing.
More information about the PHF design can be found here.
